There were 776 housing units at an average density of 665.8/km² (1,729.5/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 1.39% White, 97.35% African American, 0.04% Pacific Islander, 0.41% from other races, and 0.82% from two or more races. The average household size was 3.28 and the average family size was 3.59.
